Consultation and representation
Preparation and support for family mediation
We inform you of your rights and responsibilities as well as those of the other members of your family, we help in elaborating constructive propositions and we review the agreement prepared by your family mediator if need be.
Consultation before marriage or cohabitation
We lay out the different legal options open to you at the start of your relationship. Alone or with your partner to be, we answer your questions and prepare or review a formal contract reflecting the agreement between you if one is needed.
Representation before the courts
We evaluate the urgency of the situation, prepare and respond to various proceedings in family matters and represent you before the Superior Court or the Quebec Court of Appeal. We negotiate a settlement if possible and in line with your objectives.
Joint Application for Divorce or Separation
After a mediation or if you have been able to come to an agreement on the terms of your separation or other change in your family situation, we prepare your Joint Application in Divorce, in Separation or in Homologation of your agreement. We draft all necessary documents so that your request may be presented to the Court.
Family mediation
Subsidized family mediation
As an accredited family mediator we help you find personalized solutions to the questions you may have related to sharing of the children’s time and/or expenses as well as issues pertaining to the sharing of family assets and debts.

We also have the necessary expertise to help you consider questions related to spousal support.
If you have dependent children, you have a right to five (5) or two and a half (2.5) hours of free family mediation offered by the Quebec government .
Private family mediation
If it is pertinent to have experts participate in the family mediation, or if you wish to have your attorneys present, we offer an appropriate environment enabling you to come to informed, efficient and confidential agreements.
